Comissioner of Oaths Services
 A commissioner of Oaths is a person authorized to administer and witness the swearing of oaths or solemn affirmations as it relates to affidavits for legal matters. Commissioners may witness declarations, however, they do not certify the truth of the statements contained in a document; A person must be physically present before the Commissioner and prove his or her identity (using photo identification)
There is no cost to have documents Commissioned.

WINTER WEIGHT SEASON 2022-2023 Twenty-third Order, Minister’s Order Pursuant to section 35 of The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997

Minister’s Order Pursuant to section 35 of The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997,
The Vehicle Weight and Dimension Regulations, 2010, permit heavier weights on public highways during the Winter Weight Season.
The Winter Weight Season is defined in s. 2 (ggg) of the regulations as commencing on November 16 of each year and ending on March 14 of the following year.
Section 2(2) of the regulations states that if the Minister considers it necessary to protect a public highway, the Minister may issue an order under section 35 of the Act, the Winter Weight Season for the highways mentioned in the order for the period specified in the order.
Pursuant to section 35 of “The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997” it is hereby ordered this Winter Weight Order is in effect.

The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) has issued a provincial fire ban for Crown lands and provincial parks, provincial recreation sites, and all land within 4.5 km of the provincial forest boundary and the Northern Saskatchewan Administration District effective at noon on July 11, 2024.

🚫 The fire ban includes any open fires, controlled burns and fireworks. If you spot a fire, please call 9-1-1.
